Live, behind sign-in
Problem
A club outgrows the paper book and the group chat, but a full CRM costs money and two weeks of setup. So the schedule lives in one place, the memberships in another, and who stopped coming lives nowhere at all.
Solution
Schedule, bookings, memberships, the front desk and the owner console in one system. Limits are held by the software, not in the receptionist’s head. The member walks in with a QR pass that refreshes every minute; the club’s own colour and logo are what they see, not ours.
